Growth and demand for classes has increased organically and there is now a small team of qualified teachers who have a wealth of knowledge, skill and experience to share with you.
We specialize in introducing complete beginners to a gentle and inclusive exercise programme. You will be amazed how quickly you improve and progress, building skills, flexibility and strength.
Barre Pilates: Barre Pilates is a fusion of Ballet and Pilates, it's the most fabulous legs and bottom workout, as well as perfect for improving posture and strengthening the whole body. You don't need any Pilates, Ballet or Barre experience to come along and enjoy these fun classes.

"I first signed up to the Barre Pilates course with my mum after she'd completed the beginners Pilates course through to the complete your Pilates course. Mum had raved about how good the classes were and how comfortable she felt in them.
As someone who would have ticked the 'rarely active' box, I found the way Pauline teaches really encouraging and supportive. She shows you various levels of each move, starting with the easiest option and let's you decide how far you want to push yourself - encouraging and not at all forceful. If Pauline notices you're not quite standing right or your arm is in the wrong position etc, she will come over to let you know without shouting at you across the class so you don't feel embarrassed.
My confidence in my ability has improved over the last 3 months and even my confidence in attending an exercise class has increased. It can be quite daunting going to classes when you're not flexible or 'fit' but you always feel welcome and at ease with Pauline."
