Business Profile

The development is being managed by Iloko Properties. This is a sister business to Moroko Property Limited, a UK property company that has been building new homes and developing houses in the UK since 2004. Moroko Property Limited is registered with the NHBC, the UK's premier construction standards authority. This professionalism, and these standards, are being brought to our Nigerian development through Iloko Properties.

Moroko Property Limited and Iloko Properties are owned and controlled by two professional people. The CEO [B.Sc. (Chemical Engineering), PGCE, NPQH] was a Head of School in an 11 to 18 secondary school; the Finance Director [B.Com., FCA] was a partner in Deloitte, the global accounting firm.

Both owners have devoted their time 100% to property development since 2004, and pride themselves on providing luxury housing of the highest quality. They are very experienced in all aspects of property development and have a network of first-class expert advisers in both the UK and Nigeria.
